Why nine arms and not one company?
لأن كل قناة في السوق السعودي لها متطلباتها: التوريد الحكومي يحتاج سجلاً وسِيَراً مختلفة عن التوزيع الدوائي، والتجزئة الصيدلانية تحتاج تراخيص مستقلة لكل منفذ. بناء المجموعة على أذرع متخصصة يجعل كل قناة مؤهلة نظامياً في مجالها، ويجعل المجموعة قادرة على تغطية المسار كاملاً.
Because each channel in the Saudi market has its own requirements: government supply calls for a different registration and track record than pharmaceutical distribution, and pharmacy retail needs separate licences for every outlet. Building the group as specialised arms keeps each channel properly qualified in its own field, and lets the group cover the full path.

إلى جانب حضورها في المملكة العربية السعودية، تملك المجموعة كياناً مسجّلاً في مملكة البحرين يمثّل امتداداً إقليمياً لأعمالها.
Alongside its presence in Saudi Arabia, the group holds a registered entity in the Kingdom of Bahrain, representing a regional extension of its business.
إلى جانب الوكالات، تملك المجموعة علاماتها الخاصة: عدسات LENZA اللاصقة، وصيدليات الفجر الحديثة، وصيدليات ذروة الدواء، وعلامة تَدوين للخدمات المالية.
Beyond its agencies, the group owns its own brands: LENZA contact lenses, Al-Fajr Al-Haditha Pharmacies, Dhurwat Al-Dawa Pharmacies, and the Tadween financial services brand.
