What we collect

لا يجمع هذا الموقع بيانات شخصية تلقائياً، ولا يحتوي على حسابات مستخدمين. ونموذج «تواصل معنا» لا يرسل بياناتك إلى خوادمنا: هو يفتح برنامج البريد الإلكتروني لديك برسالة مُعدّة مسبقاً، وأنت من يرسلها. وعليه فإن ما يصلنا هو رسالة بريد إلكتروني عادية تتضمن ما اخترت كتابته فيها.

This site does not collect personal data automatically and has no user accounts. The contact form does not send your details to our servers: it opens your own email client with a prepared message, and you are the one who sends it. What reaches us is therefore an ordinary email containing whatever you chose to write.

How we use it

تُستخدم البيانات التي ترسلها للرد على استفسارك ومتابعته فقط. ولا نضيف بريدك إلى أي قائمة تسويقية دون طلب صريح منك، ولا نبيع بياناتك أو نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية.

The details you send are used only to answer and follow up on your enquiry. We do not add your address to any marketing list without your explicit request, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

Cookies and local storage

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات أو التحليلات. ويستخدم الموقع تخزيناً محلياً في متصفحك لغرض واحد: حفظ اختيارك للغة (العربية أو الإنجليزية) حتى لا تضطر لاختيارها في كل زيارة. وهذا التخزين يبقى في جهازك ولا يصلنا منه شيء.

We use no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage for one purpose only: remembering your language choice (Arabic or English) so you need not pick it on every visit. That storage stays on your device and nothing from it reaches us.

تُحمَّل خطوط الموقع من خدمة Google Fonts، وقد يسجّل مزوّد الخدمة عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت الخاص بك كجزء من طلب تحميل الخط. وبخلاف ذلك لا يستدعي الموقع أي خدمة خارجية.

The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and that provider may log your IP address as part of the font request. Apart from this, the site calls no external service.

نحتفظ بالمراسلات الواردة للمدة اللازمة للرد عليها ومتابعتها، وبما يتوافق مع متطلبات حفظ السجلات لدينا.

We keep incoming correspondence for as long as needed to answer and follow up on it, and in line with our record-keeping requirements.
