Every batch is traced from receipt to the customer.

A recall procedure that reaches every customer who received the batch concerned.

كل شكوى تُسجَّل وتُدرس، ويُبلَّغ بها المصنّع.
Every complaint is logged and investigated, and the manufacturer is informed.

نتحقق من مصدر كل منتج، ونبلغ الهيئة عن أي منتج مشتبه به.
We verify the source of every product and report any suspect product to the Authority.
